When you submit a request, we collect your email address, selected tickers, total starting amount, currency, requested dates, consent, and submission date. We use them to understand demand for the service and to respond to your request. No purchase is made and no personalized report is generated. The site temporarily stores a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions.
Your request is stored privately in WordPress on our Easyhost website and emailed to the site administrator. The hosting and email providers process this information to deliver the site and notifications. We do not sell your details or use this form for a mailing list. Access is limited to site administrators.
Portfolio requests are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can request access, correction, or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing the contact address above. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
